Dr. Martin D. Cohen is a licensed clinical psychologist with over three decades of experience practicing in the corporate, government and private sectors. As a professional psychologist with a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, Marty developed Behavioral Integration Management™ (BIM) as a fully integrated set of processes and tools within the traditional management consulting services that Maverick offers. BIM is utilized across all of the Firm's practice areas. We believe that by assessing and addressing the people issues, our clients will realize better implementation of our collaboratively crafted business strategies and action plans. The result will be significantly improved, and sustainable results for your company.

Marty completed his undergraduate work at Lehigh University and then earned his PhD in clinical psychology at Temple University. As an adjunct professor, Marty has taught at the USF Medical School. Among his many speaking engagements, highlights include being an invited speaker at Harvard Medical School and The People's Republic of China.
